The School-Based Health Center can provide many services including vaccines or physical exams for incoming freshmen, meningitis vaccines for incoming seniors and updated sports physicals for students. Call 847-825-4059 for an appointment.
During the school year the School-Based Health Center is open Monday through Friday during regular school hours.
The goal of the School-Based Health Center is to improve the physical and emotional health of students attending Maine Township High schools.
