InfiniteCampus: Updating Contact Information/Notification Settings
LOG IN TO PARENT PORTAL
- Enter username and password
- Check stay logged in
- This ensures you receive push notifications
- Click Log In
Navigate to settings
- Click on the icon in the top right corner
- Click on settings
EDIting notifications
- Under Settings click on “Notification Settings”
- Check the areas where you want to receive a notification.
- Determine the threshold for receiving these messages.
- For example, use the slider to change the threshold to 70%. This means that you will receive a message when your student receives a grade for 70% or below.
- If you want to receive a message anytime your student has an attendance mark, such as an absence or a tardy, check “Attendance is updated”.

Use your contact preferences to indicate which phone number or email where you want to be contact when messages are sent out from the school or the district.
Cell Phone
- Enter the phone number(s) where you want to be called in case of emergency.
Email Address
- Enter the primary and/or secondary email to receive messages.
Preferred Language
- If you want to receive messages in another language other than English.
