Sealed bids will be received in duplicate by the Owner at the place, date and time stated below and there publicly opened and read:

Any proposal received after the time and date stated above will be returned to the Bidder unopened.

The competency and responsibility of the Bidders will be considered in making awards.

Bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond made payable to Maine Township High School District 207, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the base bid is required. THIS IS A PREVAILING WAGE PROJECT.

Proposals will be received for the following categories of work:

Maine Township High School District 207: Maine West Synthetic Turf Field Improvements

Work includes asphalt, concrete, track surfacing, synthetic turf, misc. demolition, drainage/landscape improvements and other scope per plan documents.

Plans and specifications can be obtained electronically at no cost through BuildingConnected website. To ensure bidders are added to the official plan holder’s list and receive all addenda or other project related correspondence, bidders must visit www.buildingconnected.com to view or download this project online. An optional pre-bid meeting will be held at Maine West High School on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 (10:30 am at the Maine West Track). Questions will be received in writing until 1:30 PM on Tuesday December 23, 2025.

The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, and to waive informalities to any bid when such is deemed by the Owner to be in the Owner’s own best interests.
