| Brief Description of Program/Career | The Cybersecurity and Defense A.A.S. degree at COD provides students with a comprehensive foundation in the principles of cybersecurity and covers a variety of topics, including computers and justice studies, homeland security, networks, routing and switching, servers and virtualization. The program consists of a minimum of 64 credits in General Education, degree program and elective requirements. Upon completion of the program, students will be qualified for entry-level employment in a variety of positions in information systems.
The Cybersecurity Specialist Certificate provides a foundation in basic principles of cybersecurity. It covers function of networks, operating systems, and security principles. The Cybersecurity Certificate prepares students for employment in entry level position in information systems |
