| Brief Description of Program/Career | Year Up is a one-year, intensive training program that provides young adults, ages 18-26, with a combination of hands-on skill development, corporate internships with leading companies, a stipend, and access to certifications and college credit recommendations. We achieve our mission by offering technical skills training in Business Fundamentals, Data Analytics & Information Technology and Project Management. Over 90% of our trainees are working and/or in college within four months of graduation, earning an average salary of $43,000/year
