PROJECT SUMMARY
Current Progress
All 3 schools are fully occupied with small projects wrapping up at each location.
All schools will have punch-list, training, commissioning, and closeout work happening over the next several months.
Maine East:
The tile install on the pool bottom is complete with tile on the curb and diving platforms wrapping up this week. The diving board and pool accessories will be installed once the tile on the curb is complete. Mechanical & Electrical Punch-lists have been received and are ongoing.
The epoxy flooring and sealed concrete in the locker rooms has been completed. Install of toilet partitions and bathroom accessories are scheduled to be installed this week in both locker rooms.
Demo on the west side of the 3rd floor (Area B) took place over spring break. Ductwork and other MEP’s are currently being installed throughout. Framing of new partitions is to follow once all overhead work is complete.
Maine South:
Continuing to work on punch list and closeout from previous phases.
Minor work completed over the day off on April 7th. Demolition for this summer to start late May.
Maine West:
Down to just a few open punch-list and close out items. Signage/history wall scope to be completed this summer.
