No neighbor issues to report.
II. PROJECT SUMMARY
Current Progress
Work continues at Maine West. Bid Period No. 4 documents are wrapping up and will be issued for bid in February.
Maine East: Punch list activities performed over Winter Break. Work in the Attic of Area A continues. We will recommence major renovations in the Spring.
Maine South: Punch List activities performed over Winter Break. Miscellaneous Electrical Work continues. We will recommence major renovations in the Spring.
Maine West: B Wing Finishes continue with the goal of turning over these new spaces during Spring Break of 2022. C Wing Gym work commenced once the Rotunda was completed. This work will be ongoing with expectation of turnover at the start of the 22-23 school year.
COVID 19 Impacts
Weekly Owner / Architect / Contractor Coordination remains remote via Google Meetings, but the District and Wight continue to be present at each campus as needed to resolve issues and monitor the progress of the work.
Construction Budget
Budget and Phasing provided during the January B&G meeting.
Bid Period No..4 Design
Wight is publishing bid documents mid February for a March 21, 2022 Board approval.
