Annual Registration

• Infinite Campus – Since Annual Registration will be completed online through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal, we ask all families to ensure they can login to Infinite Campus prior to annual registration by visiting https://bit.ly/D207IC
• Infinite Campus Support – For additional help or to request an account, fill out the Infinite Campus Parent Portal Support Form located at: https://bit.ly/D207ICSupport. Please note – you will receive a response within 2 business days. 

School Fee or Fee Waiver

• School Fees Waiver – Complete a fee waiver application at http://bit.ly/207studentfees that will be considered for approval at your student’s school.

Create a ParentSquare Account

• ParentSquare – Parents can register on www.parentsquare.com using their Infinite Campus email and password.

Immunizations and Athletics Physicals

• Health Examination Form (Grade 9 & New Students Only) – You can download the form at https://bit.ly/D207ChildHealthExam
  
• Meningitis Exemption – If for religious reasons your student is not able to be vaccinated, please submit the Religious Exemption request form. You can download the form at bit.ly/relexempt.
• Sport Physical Form– Any student who is planning to participate in a sport will need to complete and submit a sports physical form prior to the first day of tryouts/practice. You can download the form at https://bit.ly/D207Physical.
  
• School-Based Health Center (SBHC) – The SBHC is open to all students in District 207 and can be reached at: 847-825-4059 or https://bit.ly/D207SBHC.
• Maine East School-Based Health Center Location – Schedule appointments at: https://calendly.com/d207sbhc
