Contracts over $25,000

Illinois schools are required to list all contracts over $25,000 and any contract that the school board enters into with an exclusive bargaining agent. Exemptions from this requirement include 1) collective bargaining agreements with district employee groups, and 2) personal services contracts with individual district employees. Prevailing Wage
The Board of Education adopts the Prevailing Rate of Wages for Construction work in the Cook County areas as of July 1, 2018, in order to comply with Chapter 48 of the Illinois Revised Statute.
