- A ten percent (10%) bid security will be required with the Bid security amount will be on the lump sum Base Bid price only. - Bidding contractors must be able to perform a minimum of fifty percent (50%) of proposed work with their directly employed force.
- Successful Bidder will be required to furnish to Owner Performance and Labor and Material Bonds in the sum equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Bid, with sureties to be approved by owner.
