Sealed bids will be received by the Owner at the place, date and time stated below and there publicly opened and read:

Any proposal received after the time and date stated above will be returned to the Bidder unopened.

The competency and responsibility of the Bidders will be considered in making awards.

Bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond made payable to Maine Township High School District 207, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the base bid is required. THIS IS A PREVAILING WAGE PROJECT.

A pre-bid meeting and a tour of the areas will be held on Thursday April 2, 2026, at 7:30 am at Maine South High School and then immediately afterwards at Maine East High School. All questions concerning this project or those concerning bidding requirements should be directed to Eva Tynkiewicz at [email protected]. Questions will be received in writing until 12:00 PM on Friday April 10, 2026.

The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, and to waive informalities to any bid when such is deemed by the Owner to be in the Owner’s own best interests.
