The philosophy at Frost aligns closely with Collaborative Problem Solving, a model by Ross Green. We believe that a student does well if they can do well. If they are not doing well, it is not an active choice the student is making. All kids want to do well. It is our job to work with the student and family, in a collaborative manner, to determine what specific skills a student is struggling with and work together to build skills in those areas.
