FOUR YEAR INDUCTION PROGRAM
All certified staff at Maine Township District 207 participate in a 4 year induction program. The NTCA (Non-Tenure Coaching Academy) is focused on providing new staff members with foundational professional development in the district’s adult learning pathways. All district 207 mentors are trained in coaching through the Chicago Coaching Center and participate in ongoing mentor seminars during their time as a mentor.
