THE FOUNDATION OF STUDENT LEARNING
Adult Learning is at the foundation of student learning in our district. The Adult Learning program consists of five adult learning pathways that define the competencies that an educator must have to meet the academic and social emotional needs of our students. The Adult Learning experiences available for our staff are aligned to these pathways and exist in a variety of structures.
Connect to the District Vision
The Adult Learning system is a critical component of our district’s commitment to the development of collective efficacy. The district’s vision for learning, the learner and the learning environment are achieved through the Adult Learning system’s symbiotic relationship with MTSS and the district’s areas of focus. It is through this work that personal and equitable learning experiences are created for adults and students in District 207.
